Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your Shir-ly subscription yourself at any time — one button, no phone calls, no explanation required. Recurring billing stops immediately and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How cancellation works
- Enter the email address you used when you subscribed.
- Optionally tell us why you are leaving.
- Press Cancel my subscription.
- We stop the recurring charge and send you a written confirmation by email within one business day.

Subscribed through Google Play?
If you subscribed inside the Android app, you can also cancel directly in Google Play: open the Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Shir-ly → Cancel subscription.
